As usual the FML is a wonderful family!  I want to thank everyone who has
replied and I will get back to everyone personally.
 
What I failed to mention is that the cutie is located in Worcester,
Massachusetts.  I just spoke with my friend who has him, he has now been
named Bailey.  She has decided that she is going to keep him.  She is not
exactly sure of how she is going to work out all the details.  Next step
is rehab and TLC.
 
I am excited that Bailey now has a home!  So all advice is welcome, he
still has a long road to go.
