Arrestee #1: Rosie, aka The Baby, aka Fatso
 
At the above date and time, I, Officer L.W.  Hamilton, was patrolling The
Study, an area known for incidents of food vacuuming, nail clipping, and ear
cleaning.  I, Officer Hamilton, noticed subject #1, later identified as
Rosie, aka The Baby, aka Fatso, near the door area.  The subject seemed
nervous upon seeing me.  Upon my approach the subject acted in a suspicious
manner, hissing and backing up.  I noticed the subject's tail was
considerably bushy, and began to perform a pat-down to check for weapons.
Upon finding a set of teeth concealed in the subjects mouth, I proceeded to
arrest the subject.  As I attempted to secure the subject by the back of the
neck, she jerked away, cried loudly, and fled.  I pursued the subject,
keeping her in sight, and apprehended her near the desk.  Subject protested
loudly as I attempted once again to secure her for transport.  At this
point, a local resident, known to me to be Christine Hamilton, a habitual
felon who often commits nail clipping and ear cleaning in the area (See
report # 96 FR 153, assault on ferret enforcement officer), interfered with
the arrest and absconded with subject #1.
 
Investigation into the current whereabouts of Rosie continues.
