Test results of the substance labled Nepeta cataria are promising. This
sustance, found in a thermatically sealed 4" X 5" plastic bag bearing the
likeness of a local FDI Agent, was recovered from the NH Zone. FDI exposure
to this substance renders said agents stuperous for periods of up to 15
minutes. No ill effects have been observed or reported by exposed FLO
Agents. Preliminary findings indicate the FLO may soon have yet another
biological weapon at its disposal. Continued study of this substance as
well as investigation regarding its use by the NHs are underway. LONG LIVE
THE FLO! Agent K.
