Hello FMLers,

If your are interested in ferret prints, please check out the beautiful
Black Footed Ferret print being auctioned at
http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=163409405

All proceeds generated from the sale of these prints will go directly to
Tristate Ferret Connection and Heart of Ohio Ferret Association.

This beautiful limited edition, full color 8-1/2" x 11" print of a Black
Footed Ferret (North America's most endangered animal and close relative to
our own ferrets) titled "Morning Mischief" was created by nationally know
artist Kirk Stirnweis and released just for the Ferret Extravaganza '99
show. Kirk's artwork is highly sought after and can be seen in many
galleries across the nation. This personally signed and numbered print
was released for a limited production run of 250. A Limited Edition
Certificate will accompany each print.

In 1981 Kirk received an honorable mention from the Society of Illustrators
Annual Student Show, New York-New York. In 1984 Kirk was commissioned by
the Unicover Corporation for the United States Postal Service to illustrate
twenty-five different animals to be use as first day covers. One of these
highly collectable covers was of a Black Footed Ferret (FDC #2333). In
1994 he won the 3000 purchase award at the Rough Riders International Art
Show in Williston North Dakota.

His commercial accounts include Field and Stream Magazine, Harlequin
Romance, Leisure Books, National Wildlife Confederation, Reproductive
Corp., Unicover Corporation, New Haven and Philadelphia Dioceses,
Rendezvous Report, Wild West and Muzzleloader Magazines, Upton and Sons
Publishing and Americana Historical Art.
