The dosage for ivermectin is 0.4 mg/kg body weight.  Which works if your
particular solution is of a concentration of 1 mg/ml - do you know the
concentration of the product that you are using in mg/ml?
 
It's probably 1 mg/ml, but sometimes we see people using higher
concentrations so they don't have to administer as much....
