Hi Everyone.  I wanted to let everyone know that Woobie is doing great.
He was in very bad shape when he went into the hospital.  Yvonne took
excellent care of him and he bounced back.  When she returned him to me, he
was pooping almost normal and eating.  Since Friday, he has been getting
his meds, plenty of cage rest and eating like the little piggy boy that he
is.  He seems to be eating everytime I check on him (Thank God!).  He is
gaining a noticable amount of weight back and seems to be more and more
energetic everyday.  He actually started to walk again without falling over
this Tuesday.  His 5 days Prednisone 2x a day is up and now he will get it
once a day for another week, then its time for another vet visit and blood
check.  This will tell us if he has Insulinoma or not.  He has that little
energetic spark in his eyes when you open his cage, I wasn't sure if I'd
ever see that again.  He's just about his old self and I am so grateful to
Yvonne DeCarlo and Dr. Kim for getting him well and to Woobie for deciding
to fight back one more time.  He knows his Mommy would be lost without him!!
