Hiya Kids Hiya...

My girlfriend spent a wonderful Sunday this weekend at a softball tournament.
Our two little ferrets, Rowdy Rex and Miles (12 weeks), had never been out
to the park yet and I was excited and apprehensive about having them join us
to the softball tourney. We found a nice well shaded spot under a tree and
put them on thier leashes and sat back a watched. They spent the 1st 1/2
hour just exploring the new sights and relaxing in the sun. They then
decided to chase the couple of kids and each other to delight of my
teammates and their kids. Miles is a sweet silver mit who loves to give
kisses and Rex just wants to have fun all the time and is the wild thing.
To my surprize they curled up about an hour later in one the children's lap
and took a nice long nap. Normally during play time, they are so hyper I
can't get them to sit in one place for more than a couple of seconds.

They were sooo good all day long and I can't wait to take them out again for
their next excursion. Any posts about successful ferret trips and places
you have gone would be great to read.

Cya Ya all later

Scott and Teresa
