Time is running short on your chance to win one of 10 terrific prizes
while helping a very deserving shelter in need!

The Ferret Rescue of Maine is currently the only shelter operating in
the state, and Jim and Crystal Kennedy are struggling to keep things
going despite a growing financial hardship and a lack of volunteers.
Both Jim and Crystal work full-time jobs plus overtime, yet still must
somehow pay off a five-figure vet bill. The couple not only helps all
kinds of ferrets in need of shelter, but also works with local humane
organizations to save the injured, starving, abandoned and maltreated
ones, and emergency cases in particular are straining an already
depleted budget.

You can help Jim and Crystal to continue giving these precious kids a
chance at a decent life - just visit www.shelterfriends.blogspot.com
and check out all the prizes in our Friends of Ferret Shelters
March/April raffle:

- a limited edition Harmony Kingdom ferret figurine with secret
  compartment;
- ferret art and postcards by Alicia Drakiotes, and a stunning ferret
  photograph by Marie Agnes;
- a set of cookbooks donated by Renee Downs;

- a ferret-shaped chocolate chip cookie kit;
- handmade bedding plus toys, treats and a bag of 8-in-1 Ultimate,
  stashed in a cute little quilted backpack;

Ferret Rescue of Maine!

Many thanks for your support,
