You need to complain to your local SPCA, Humane Society and city animal
control... You also need to contact Marshall Farms, if you ferret is a
Marshall ferret and you need to contact PetCo Corporate.

Do not give up..  make the reports..  if you need to do follow-ups to
know if any changes have been made do them..  also you can ask the store
manager who the RCAC (regoinal companion animal coordinator) for your
area is and ask that you be contacted..  you might also ask for the
regional manager... good luck..
