looking for specific sleep sack

Some time ago I got a ball-shaped sleep sack for Oneflower. It's her
favorite bedding, but it's getting a little the worse for wear. I'm
looking for more of the same sort.

It's fleece and fleece-lined, 4 diamond-shaped panels sewn together
with a 4" entry hole. The whole thing is about 12" across.

Anyone know where I can get something similar?
