Hi All-
 
just wanted/needed to tell others that understand and care, that Renny
would have been three years old today (the 24th).  Some of you may remember
that she passed away in September, but I just couldn't bring myself to post
about it until a month later.  I still miss her on a daily basis, as much
now as I ever did.
 
Sandee, thanks again for all you do.  You weren't the greeter when Ren
arrived at the bridge, Skeeter was.  However, if you aren't too busy would
you make sure that she has her thick, navy blue, ski cap?  And could you
talk to the boss and maybe arrange for Cheweasels and LM chicken and cheese
treats to be available?  They are very aromatic, pungent, and are similar
to 8 in 1 chicken treats.  I would be so grateful for your help with my
requests, and I know Ren would be, too.  Thanks!!
 
A few people on the list already know that I ordered one of the 'Weasel
Clan' posters that were mentioned in December, and why mine is so special
to me.  The prints are signed and numbered by the artist.  After receiving
and opening mine, I noticed that it was number 297/500.  (Hence, Renny was
born in 2-97).  Pretty wild, huh?
 
Although I prefer not to think of Renny as my guardian angel because I
would much rather be watching over and taking care of her, I will still
post this poem that I came across:
 
GUARDIAN ANGEL
 
Guardian Angel, small protector,
Always sweeter, ever kinder,
Abandon me not, by night, or by day,
Be here, please, never stray,
Through each and every day.

Don't know if this will make it into the same mailing or not, but I forgot
to mention in my previous post what I've decided to do each year, in honor
and in loving memory of Renny.  I gave to a couple of shelters not long
after her death, and shortly thereafter decided that I would make this a
yearly thing.  Only, I decided do it in honor of her birth, instead of her
death.  I think she would approve.
 
I don't know if I can do this forever, or how much I can give, or even to
how many.  But, it is my intention to do so... forever.
 
Just an idea, but this may be something others might want to do, too.
