If I recall correctly, the way to compare wet and dry foods is to
calculate the percentage of dry protein using the following formula:

%protein/%dry = %protein by dry weight
where %dry = 100 - % moisture.

For example, a dry ferret food that is 36% protein and 10% moisture
would be:
36/90 = 40% protein by dry weight.

For the Evo duck canned food:
7.5/22 = 34% protein by dry weight.

A little lower than some good quality ferret foods, but I would guess
it would be fine as an additive to your duck soup recipe, or even as a
treat by itself.

Linda
