Okay, Beckett goes under the knife Thursday morning. I'm very nervous about
all of this. Dr. J is removing a mast cell tumor from the back of his neck
and then while he's under, she's going to aspirate (?) his spleen to see if
she can find out why it's enlarged. She said if the spleen looks 'funny' to
her, she's going to have to send it out (the sample, not the spleen) to a
certified pathologist to get a better opinion. If the spleen DOESN'T look
like it has tumors, she's going to do some bloodwork to find out what the
problem is. Thank you all for your sweet mail about Beckett previously and
please continue to keep him in your thoughts.

A very nervous mommy who no longer thinks it's a too large crew,
 Anna
