I am looking for a carrying sack that has a secure, but breathable top and
has an option of two clips inside for collars and harnesses.  I know the
clips sound cruel, but when I travel and take my girls with me, I would
rather clip them in the bag, instead of losing them.
 
Please advise or tell me where I might be able to purchase one of these.
