Sounds like an albino if entirely white with ruby eyes rather than obvious
Waardensburg Syndrome.  Sometimes albinos can be deaf, but as you know,
serious ear disease can also cause deafness as can a number of other
things.
 
Have to be careful to not toss things into the WS basket that don't belong
there (though a number of people do it), and to know that some features
might sometimes belong there but sometimes have other causes.  Have to
separate "definites" from "probablies" from "possiblies" from "nots".
