The registration form for the Forum at the Falls (Niagara Falls, NY on
September 21, 2002) is available for download from the site in PDF and
Microsoft Word formats.  The Forum will be a day of socializing,
discussions and educational sessions, featuring Alicia Drakiotes, Mary
McCarthy and Jeanne Stadtmiller.
