Okay, the pin-head sized "scab" that I mentioned yesterday which I'd
discovered behind my ferret's ear... it's gone.  I just checked on it and
all that remains is a very tiny, smaller-than-a-freckle pale red dot which
I almost didn't see at all.  So, is this good?  Bad?  Anything?
 
Thanks for your patience with my ignorance.  I've appreciated the
opportunity to learn more from those of you who have responded.
