Would you please greet Mika for me? She just passed away in my arms
at the age of 8 1/2 years old due to screaming sezeirs from her
insulinoma.

I had gotten Mika in October of 1999 as a breeder. She had one litter,
a daughter-Nadia, a son-Yowler, and 2 still born daughters. Her son
Yowler died at the age of 15 weeks from a granmal sezier from Epilepsy.
When this happened I leaned that ferrets have the same emotions that we
humans do. You see, Yowler died while Mika was holding him in her paws.
She literally cried tears that night night. Her husband Oden died a
couple of years ago.

Mika was fantastic mom. She raised 2 kits from another litter for me.
Mika and her daughter Nadia have always lived together and were the
best of friends.

Could you please make sure that Yowler, Oden and her 2 baby girls are
there to greet Mika with you? I love her so much and I wish she could
have stayed longer, but I guess she felt it was time to be with her
son and husband.
