I would say the only way to truely tell what set it off is to have his
allergies tested. When I had this done about 25 yrs ago, it was little
pricks all up and down my back and arms :) I do not think they do it
that way anymore BUT it is the only way to be certain.

I do not think it was your Caff-Pow. I have noticed, living in Texas,
that when it rains here it stirs up all sorts of Pollens, grasses, etc
that I never knew I was allergic too :)

I hope this gets fixed b/c I know how much your nephew means to you!!
