I saw this pet toy in the local store called a "Pet Trampoline"...
Basically a square piece of denim that one attaches cord on the corners
and suspends someplace.  Hey what a neat idea - so I get an old t-shirt
and make a third level in Trouble's cage.  She loves it.  Trouble also
enjoys burrowing through 12" deep soggy snow and then playing magic
carpet ride for a bit.  I also think she's a musifc critic - she'll make
the oddest sounds whenever I play the recorder.  It's not the usual
chittering sounds and it doesn't sound like she's frightened - in fact
she sits at my feet and kind of mutters...  It's cute at any rate.
