Morning everyone. Its me, Melissa, from Lost Ferrets. This will be
considered the update for the week. There have been no changes in the
Lost Ferret listings since my last post. To see the lost and found ads,
please visit:

And for those of you who missed the May contest results, please visit:

I am extremely pleased to report that all three of those people who were
awarded with $5.00 gift certificates to the Ferret Store for their
diligence in checking the website throughout the month of May have opted
to give these certificates to shelters in their area!!!!! So, Carla, Shea,
and Cathy Jo, my hats off to you!!! As you may have noticed, I have chosen
not to run a June contest, but don't worry, one will be back in July.
In the meantime... I live in South East Nebraska, (A desolate, lonely
place....) and was wondering about any other ferret lovers in that area.
I have actually run into one FML reader, completely by accident, at my
vet. But other than that, I know of no other readers in my area. I am
interested in having a ferret get-together, perhaps for a larger area,
Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, maybe South Dakota and would also like to include
fund raising for Lost Ferrets and the network. Can anyone give me advice
on how to go about this, and is there anyone in my area who would be
interested in this? If there are only a handful of people in the area who
would be interested perhaps it would be more fun to just get our ferts
together and have fun. Thanks for any pending advice....
