Dear Male-Anon in the College Dorm:
 
If you ferrets have a musky scent, it's most likely because you are giving
too many baths - once a week is way too often - if you feel a need to give
them a bath, do it only once a month - too frequently *will* make them smell
- I only give baths about twice a year unless my hob is in season and then
he gets a bath once every 10 - 14 days, but neutered/descented ferrets do
not need weekly baths.
