This weekend Tracy and I had the pleasure of visiting at the KC Ferret
Hotline Shelter.  Bobbi McCanse and her volunteers provide a wonderful
service for ferrets in and around their area.
 
They have many wonderful ferrets of all ages, young and middle age to
older, available for adoption and a few special needs ferrets for foster
homes.  There is a bonded pair of 1.5 yr olds, one sable and one albino,
and another pair that are 4 yrs old.  And there are larger groups needing
homes too so if you have room in your home and heart and the finances to
care for more please schedule a visit at the KC Ferret Hotline.
 
If anyone in their area is considering adding a couple ferrets or more to
their family, please consider adopting from the KC ferret hotline.  I
know you'll find exactly the ferrets you are looking for patiently
waiting right there for you.
 
And if you aren't in the position to adopt, maybe Bobbi could use more
volunteers to play and work with the ferrets and help with the cleaning
too.
 
Oh, and Bobbi - Momma and Dante are doing very well.  They both love the
outside enclosure.  I can tell because they spend so much time out there.
Dante has already had it out with Sully and they both were fine.  Momma
danced for me last night and again this morning when all the others were
fast asleep.  She keeps snipping at the others when they come to say
Hello and being the polite ferrets they are they just back off and go on
their way.  So they are fitting in just fine with the group.  Thank you
for the opportunity to add them to our family.
