Ferret Math struck our home a few weeks ago!  I wanted to introduce Zeus &
Samantha!  Zeus was at the animal shelter he is such a good boy ( except
for turning over the water bowl- )  Samantha was owned by a 16 yr old who
had her for 4 yrs.  He gave her to me so she could have a good home with
other ferrets, he said his parents had wanted him to 'get rid of her' a
couple years ago.In a little bitty cage she could barely turn around in
with her litter box & food in it.He hardly ever let her out "cause she
pooped all over the house".  She is very sweet - she sleeps in my lap
daily.  She's scared of the other 4 ferrets.  She screams when they get in
her face.  I put Cleopatra in the cage with her last night all night, &
they did okay, she screamed a little but Cleo would just look at her like
she was crazy.They were curled up last night before I went to bed with
Samantha using Cleo for a pillow.  It will just take time..
 
Also, is febreeze safe for ferrets?  I've asked on one of my other lists
too, but I sure would like to get some if it is safe.  I had read somewhere
awhile back not to use it around ferrets.
