It's funny that this topic should come up.  I work at a vets office, and
we just recently had a meeting on this subject.  The problem with some
of the internet meds is that they are coming from overseas (some of the
packaging is actually in a foreign language) and they don't always have
the same ingredients as those that you buy here.
 
Think of it like this...there's a reason that they are cheaper.  There
was even a case where a person was giving their dog Heartguard that was
purchased over the internet, and the dog ended up getting heartworms.  In
the end, the dog passed away and the owners couldn't get reimbursed for
the dog (purebred) because the meds were purchased over the internet.
 
Good luck in whatever you decide, but please be careful! :-)
