Hello all,

I read all the suggestions you wrote for keeping ferret odor down and all
were great suggestions. I was surprised though, that noone mentioned
keeping the ferret's EARS clean. Some ferrets just have smellier ears than
others and need more attention. Keeping the ears clean will help control
alot of the odor that lingers on their coat around their head and neck.

AND I have found a successful way to keep my little "Einsteins" from getting
inside the mattress frame. Purchase several yards of muslin from a fabric
store. It's inexpensive and comes in very wide widths. With your staple
gun, staple it to the underside of your box spring frame. You should
probably take your mattress off and lift the frame into a comfortable
position to do this. (I'm picturing long strings of expletives coming out
from under beds across the country.) Hope this helps.

Dooks,
Carin Riley
