Thought this story on the ferret's wild ancestor (now rare in the UK
and in Europe because of loss of habitat) would interest the readers
of the FML. I get ferret updates through Google - though there's some
strange stuff that gets included sometimes. But this one was a cute
one, and mom apparently set some kind of record with 10 kits -
surprising she kept them all alive. Wonder how much weight she gained
before she gave birth!
