I used to work in a pet store so I understand where they are coming from.
The store I worked for didn't sell ferrets instead they refered anyone who
was interested in one to go to Ferret Aid (down the street from them)  But
they probually wouldn't if they sold them it IS a conflict of interest and
you have to understand why!  A better place to place a poster would be in a
pet food store instead like Pet Value!  Also put one in grocery stores!!!!
 
Just a different perspective.  Just try and imagine if you owned a
bussiness and someone put up a poster for what you were selling you would
probually take it down too!
