Any time there is swelling it indicates something is going on.  I would
take your babe to the vet as soon as you can.  Only a vet can diagnose
something like that.  My guys had swollen spleens from their livers being
whacked because of IBD (inflammatory bowel disease) from an earlier case
of ECE.  You just never know, but your vet can help you solve the
mystery.  Better to take sleepy in....
