The National Enquirer is running a "Tell us your pet Story" contest.  I
thought many would have stories they might want to submit.  Please, let's
blow them away with ferret stories!  There are prizes but that isn't the
important part, ferret story's are.  Here is the info -
 
"If you have a personal pet story that's heartwarming, humorous, healing or
heroic you could win the biggest contest for animal lovers in the Enquirer
history.  All you have to do is tell us your tale.  If your story is chosen
as the best, you will win a fantastic 7 nights, 8 days all expense paid
trip for two to the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab Utah, courtesy
of PetsSmart.  Located in historic Angel Canyon, the center is home to more
than 1,500 cats, dogs, horses, burros, rabbits, geese, parrots, chickens
and other injured, abandoned homeless or abused pets.  But wait, that's not
all!  You'll also win a year's supply of premium healthy pet food from the
Iams Company, a collection of autographed "Chicken Soup" books from the
publisher Health Communications Inc, a free one year subscription to Pet
Life magazine - and your story will be included in the next volume of
Chicken Soup for the Pet Lovers Soul, due out in the fall of 1999.  And
even if you don't win our grand prize, you could still be in the money!
