Something strikes me as a little odd recently. In quite a few posts about
someone's ferret passing away after surgery, it was stated that the ferret
was OK after surgery, the doctor took the ferret home, and then the owner
got a call that the ferret had died during the night. In one, the owner
even stated that they saw no signs of an IV every having been used.

This would make me very scared to have the vet take my little girl home with
him. I think I would rather have her stay at the vet clinic and me stay
with her. I don't know, maybe I'm a little paranoid, but I've been seening
this more and more lately. Or is it just because I've never noticed it
before?

Please, no flames about how great vets are, I know they do a wonderful job,
I'm just a little paranoid sometimes.
