Is Marshall Farms and Ferret Outfitters the same company? I noticed that the
phone number posted for Marshall was the same as Ferret Outfitters. I had
wondered about this since I got a FO catalog shortly after I sent in the
guarantee card on my first ferret, way before I could have gotten on any
ferret related mailing lists.
 
A non-ferret tip for those who send for stuff thru the mail or send in
warranty cards and such.  When you fill out the card add a dept.  number or
letter(s) to your address.  Make them unique to the company you are mailing
to, and keep a log so you know who's is who's.  Then when you get junk mail
or anything else you didn't send for, you should be able to tell who sold
your name to them!
