Can't help with that part...unless you would like me to remodel your
bath...But maybe I can help him get out of the tub!

When I raise the kid's gate and let loose my flood of fur, they all head
for the tub. I turn the water on a trickle, and laugh while they drink
and play in the water. (Yeah, they still hate baths...go figure.) But
lately, my 9 year old has had a problem getting back out. One day she
climbed in the tub while I wasn't right there watching, and must have sat
there for an hour. I didn't want to deprive the kids of their favorite
watering hole by shutting the door, so I thought up another solution.

Take a hand towel, and attach suction cups to each corner. Hang it over
the edge of the tub. This provides a great climbing surface, and still
looks nice, without being in the way. You don't even have to remove it
for bathing. I'm going to make something similar for our pool, just in
case.

Good luck!
