I have been watching in silence the continued "saga" of discussion of
shelters vs. sanctuaries for a few weeks now.......... Why does this
continue to be rehashed over again and again? The sanctuary continues to
be questioned and "reprimanded" for its policies. Zoo's Ferret Sanctuary
answered and addressed questions asked, but it appears there are those of
you who just can't seem to let it go. I have even seen the same tired
posts in other forums.

May I suggest to those who can't let go of this PAST issue/concern to
take that energy and put it to more beneficial and practical use. Take
care of the ferrets in YOUR charge. If the sanctuary takes care of
ferrets and do it well, (which is my understanding from MANT sources),
then you should have NOTHING to be so concerned about. That's the bottom
line. Someone mentioned in a previous post in this forum the other day
they would hate to see what would/will happen in five years time at that
sanctuary.

Uh.... sorry to inform you,=A0 but unless you have close familial ties
to John Edwards, no one knows...... The concern should be (and from where
I stand has been at that sanctuary) proper care and medical treatment of
the ferrets in their charge.
