Hello everyone!
I seem to be posting a lot at the moment!

I have a problem with my ferret Teddy. Some of you may remember that he
is showing signs of adrenal. He has lost 3/4 of the fur on his tail and
seems to have lost his appetite. He does drink as I have seen him
drinking, but I don't see him eat. I force feed him 3 times a day. Last
night I tried giving him a treat, he ate that willingly.

My question is: why does he eat his treats and not his food? He always
runs to the food bowl when I fill it up and sniffs around and then looks
up at me and then leaves the bowl. The others eat the food.

His poops have changed colour and are caramel coloured now and are more
liquid. Is this due to the vitamins/treats I give him?

I'm in near Paris, France and the vets I have seen say that it is not
adrenal. Teddy is a 1yr 10 month old MF male ferret. I may have found
a ferret specialist and we are waiting for an appointment.

What can I do to help him? I will try separating him for a day to see if
he eats or not.

Thank you in advance,
Christina
