Sounds like a funny subject for ferret folks until you know Valentine's
nickname is snotface aka thumper.Snotface because his nose is so cold and
wet,and I like saying beam me up snotty.Thumper is earned by him being the
itchiest ferret in the west,and when you find a good spot his hind leg
starts thumping.Sometimes he'll do it to himself.At first I thought we were
having an earthquake,then I found him in a cardboard box scratching and
thumping away.Even the other ferrets can start it going.They'll start
licking him between the shoulder blades and thump,thump,thump.I think they
find it as funny as I do,since they keep doing it.
 
Yes,carafate coats the stomach.I know this for a fact,since I used it a few
years ago.It must be given an hour before eating,so it can work.It and
AR's(acid reducer) do wonderful things to hurting tummies.Say Michael,have
you noticed any new ferret toys,empty raisin boxes,or extra ferretone
bottles around the house?  Maybe your ferrets are taking off on wild rides
around town in that volkswagon.Check your wallet for your visa card,and if
it's missing you could be in trouble at the end of the month.Notify local
police to be on the lookout for a '63 Volkswagon with ferrets,and check your
driveway for tread marks,or knocked over garbage cans.You know how they
see.Everyone enjoy your fuzzies.
