not to convince you to go out and BUY IT IT'S FANTASTIC or anything, but
the current issue of Modern Ferret has a piece on this (issue #7). Places
that will probably carry it: Tower Records, Border's Books. Or you can get
a subscription ([log in to unmask] Right?).
 
To summarize: get one of those fingertip toothbrushes - looks like a teeny
bristled finger condom (no, really).  Go to a drugstore for that.  Scruff
the ferret.  Brushy brushy brushy.  I'd experiment with toothpaste, but they
DO sell chicken-flavored pet toothpaste here and there....
