A month or so ago, there was a post here from a gal who rescued several
fuzzies from a breeder that had them in miserable conditions.  I responded
privately to her and we have kept in touch periodically since that time.
 
Last night I took a call from her, and she is in dire need of our help as a
supportive community.  Vikki absolutely HAS to find homes for:
 
- one recovering cancer patient - a male who is recently neutered
 
- 2 whole males - with the condition they will be neutered or must be
  adopted by a reputable breeder
 
- 6 whole females - same deal as the whole males
 
- 3 nursing moms with kits - each is a BIG responsibility!!!  If you aren't
  an experience breeder, this probably ISN"T the right situation for you.
 
Here's the clincher: They need homes NOW.  She has to move Monday, and she's
poured thousands of dollars into getting them vaccinated, healthy, and
supplied.  She really needs help with the mounting bills, and is hoping that
a good home would offer $125 for one of these fuzzy babies.  If that's not
an option, please let her know what you can pay and I'll bet she will work
with you.
 
If homes aren't found, our shelter will take them, but we'd really prefer
that they be placed in loving homes and that Vikki will be reimbursed as
well as possible for her investment.
