As long as Sneezie's not doing any severe damage to Cody it sounds like
you have nothing to worry about. It's probably pretty good exercise for
Sneezie, since she's getting older and probably needs a little motivation
to exercise. :)

I reallly wouldn't worry about anything. If either of them seems overly
stressed out by the situation you might want to seperate them at night
so that they can get some sleep. Or, maybe even just every other night.
Just make sure they are together most of the time.

If you do decide it's necessary to separate them so they can get some
rest, keep Sneezie and Weezie together. They were cagemates long before
Cody came along, and Sneezie needs a warm companion since she's lost
all her fur. If you separate them you may put Sneezie under stress
(ferrets get very attached to their cage/housemates!), which she doesn't
need at her age and in her condition.

I boarded a ferret for the summer. It took Percy about a month before she
stopped beating up on her. Another month and they were playing together.
About a month after that (a few days before the boarded ferret was picked
up) Percy had accepted her and would actually let her sleep with her and
Bree. Whereas Bree and the boarder were best friends in just a matter of
a few days.
