I have one ferret that has not been descented.  Most of the times that he
"poofs" is in his sleep.  Maybe bad dreams....
 
I haven't noticed any difference in the smell of his poop.
 
I won't get him descented--the odor disappears pretty quickly.

        OOPS...sorry. PLAY, PLAY, PLAY!"
Coco the Yorkie--"MOM, they're biting my nipples!  Save me!"
Munchkin the Elkhound--"NO, you can't have my dog food.
                        Please make them go away."
