Hi FMLer's,

Over the weekend I met a lady who to keep her ferrets cool used one of those
freezer packs that you keep in your cooler, in their ferret's back pack. (I
call it a back pack but you really wear it in the front. There is a name
for it but I know they're made exclusively for ferrets. Haven't had my
coffee yet today).

Unfortunatly we don't have air conditioning so when I got home I took ours
out of the freezer and placed it in the pocket of my fuzzies hammock. They
loved it. My only concern was that they might chew on the plastic but they
never did. They were just very contented to have someting cool to lay on.
Has anyone else done this? I was thinking that it might be a good idea to
wrap the freezer pack in a pillow case and knot it at the end. That way
they can't get their teeth in it.

Just thought I'd share this with you all.
