Flea Control

My ferret has picked up fleas from my dogs who always bring them home from
the other dogs in the neighborhood.  I use Frontline and Adams products on
them.  They are greyhounds and are exteremely sensitive.  Basically,
anything that won't hurt a greyhound is fairly safe.  Just to be sure
though, what can I use on my ferret to control fleas?  Are these products
too harsh even though they are greyhound safe?  If so, what can I use?
