In the U.S. the take is pretty much "how dare a family in need of a
service animals be allergic to dogs or horses or both, or need an
animal with hands". Basically, here it is more of power struggle by
certain providers of the animals even when others fully meet their
criteria. In the U.K. the actual people in need and their families
are being far more considered and treated kindly and more fairly
than here since the changes in recent months.
