Hi Everyone,
 
I received a subpoena yesterday from Galloway Township, NJ to testify in
the case of the State of New Jersey vs.  Linda Rodriguez, the operator of
the Loving Ferrets Shelter that was raided by the SPCA in October of 1999.
Our shelter initially held all 29 ferrets that were siezed.
 
I have checked with the municipal court, and its a public case, so anyone
interested is welcome to come.  The case is going to be held on February
16th, at 9AM at the Municipal Center, at 300 Jimmy Leeds Road in Atlantic
County, NJ.
 
I will be testifying against her, as will be Nancy Beall, the SPCA
investigator, and my veterinarian Dr. Stephen Levenson.
