I just wanted to let everyone know that Mookie left us on Monday to join
his friends at the Rainbow Bridge. Mookie had inoperable abdominal cancer.
He was 9+ years old and had no pain and his symptoms didn't appear until
Friday.
 
The pain that his death caused is tempered by the joy we had in knowing him
and watching him go from a vicious, frightened ferret to Spot's best friend.
They are together once more.
 
Go swiftly my sweetheart. Say hello to Spot, Lady, Rover, Nikki, Mickey,
Rusty and Stubby. Gone from my life but not from my heart.
