Whoa. A 3 or 4 lb. ferret is small?? On several trips to the vet for our
6 ferrets, our vet informed us that 3 or 4 lbs for a male ferret can be
unhealthy. Gizmo, weighed 3 lbs, and the dr. suggested he lose 1/2 a lb.
Larz, weighed 4 lbs, and he suggested he lose at least a lb. Don't get me
wrong, i'm no ferret expert, but 12 lbs for a male ferret seems VERY large.
Too large. Our 6 ferrets are all about the same size, male and female.
All around 3 lbs. Just my .02 cents. Hail All Fuzzies !!
