Russian's ADV Message Board.  Very good questions are being asked and it
would be a great place to discuss your fears, concerns, ideas, etc.  I
sincerely hope it will be a place you can feel "safe" discussing this
issue that is so vitally important for all shelters...if not right now,
then certainly in the future.  Of course, anyone can join the discussion...
you don't *have* to be a shelter operator.
