The final vote in the Assembly on AB 854 was 73-6.  Please take a moment to
thank your representative for his/her support.  Often we write to ask for
support then don't follow up with a thank you-- it is important and
appreciated!
 
There were 5 no votes and one absent or abstaining.  Please DO NOT write to
any of the Assemblymembers that didn't support our bill unless you live in
their district and please, if you are represented by someone that voted no
and you wish to express your disappointment, do it politely.  Absolutely
nothing is gained by being rude or agressive and if you are politely
passionate, you leave the door open for a change of heart.
