I wanted to post the following information publicly as I have received
several questions in the last few days regarding the room rates at the
Holiday Inn in Atlanta for the symposium.
 
There is a $54.99 room rate available on the Internet for Friday and
Saturday night, Oct 3rd and 4th.  This is an Internet special and if
anyone wants to book this rate, please keep in mind that it is
NON-refundable, NON-transferable and MUST be paid IN FULL at the time
it is booked.  There are some people who might like to take advantage
of the cheaper rates.
 
The 'conference rate' for the symposium remains at $75.00 per night, but
you may cancel up to 24 hours of arrival and you do not have to pay until
your stay is complete.  The $75.00 rate is available from Wednesday, Oct
1st through Sunday, Oct 5th.
 
If you decide to make your reservation on-line, please send a message
letting me know.  The IFC has a 100 room block and we will get credit
for the rooms booked on line.  However, the only way I will know about
the Internet bookings and be able to get credit for them is if you let
me know you have booked on-line.  If anyone has any questions, please
let me know!
