For those of you who have dirt boxes for your fuzzies....what kind of
dirt do you use?

I recall at least one person saying her fuzzies came out clean and sweet
smelling....well, that's not what happened to me!

I finally set up a dirt box yesterday. I filled it will some topsoil,
thinking that without all of the peat and other additives that go into
potting soil, it would pack better and give them a better workout.
Everybody came out with their fur relatively clean, but with their noses
and toeses black as they could be! When I washed Digger's feet off, he
jumped right back in the dirt to dry off, making an even bigger mess.
(It was pretty funny, really.)

Is there a better kind of dirt to use? Maybe potting soil is a good idea
after all?
